The Columbia Diner Mural

I was commissioned to paint a mural for a restaurant in Kamloops called ‘The Columbia Diner.’ They were renovating the restaurant based out of a Ramada Inn with a 60s Palm Springs vibe including a massive summer patio. I worked with the marketing agency working through designs and ideas that would make their patio and restaurant stand out on the busy street entering Kamloops. It took two full days to complete on my own, but the finished mural looks amazing leaving some very happy clients back in the interior. The promo above was shot/edited by me in northern Peru where I lived on the beach surfing, amongst stray dogs for 2 full weeks. This is where the playlist was born. You can follow the playlist here.
Lesa Astifo Photography Promo

I shot/edited this promotional video for local Vancouver photographer Lesa Astifo. She’s one of the OG photographers who still offers her service in film, but of course also does digital. Her work consists of weddings, engagements, couple photos, family photos and pretty much any important moment in your life. I got the chance to shadow her on one of her gigs shooting a very special moment. I wanted to capture her delicate and empathetic approach to photography in this beautifully lit studio.
