The task was to create a video for one of Vancouver’s most anticipated galas happening at the Fairmont Pacific Rim in downtown Vancouver. The gala in question was the VGH Time to Shine Gala with this year’s gala sponsored by Serein Properties. An video introducing the gala and the organizers needed to be created as well as a video that created excitement as it was the first experience at the gala itself as soon as everyone was seated at their tables for the night. Using AI, the gala organizers went to Barcelona, ran into the famous world-renowned chef from Barcelona and convinced him to come back and cook for the VGH gala through some incredible flamenco dance moves. The video introduced the importance of the night, how it came together and the gala’s theme which was a Spanish Flamenco night. Utilizing the power of AI, we used real people’s appearance, voice cloned their real voices, and used real locations in Barcelona without ever stepping out of Vancouver, BC; the power of AI at full display.
